Note: All our flowers are sourced from certified growers and packed in our professional flower packaging factory. We take pride in the quality of our supply but cannot guarantee specific results from our sourcing services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. We strive to deliver all products in a timely manner. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation delays, or other force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from FlowerMore pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to select areas as specified on our delivery page. We are continually expanding our delivery zones.
We guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of consultancy services, refunds are provided at our discretion based on the circumstances. Please contact us to discuss any concerns about our consultancy services.
Farm tour tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FlowerMore and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both China and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FlowerMore.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
